INTRODUCING                     ROSENDALE EVENTS

Atlanta, GA - SOUTHERN Exchange Ballrooms has partnered with Certified Master Chef, Rich Rosendale, to establish an in-house catering operation: Rosendale Events – the world-class culinary experience available to book starting early Spring 2019.

 

One of only 72 Certified Master Chefs in the country, Rosendale’s culinary accolades don’t stop there. In fact, Rosendale’s list - which includes accumulating over 50 national and international awards and gaining notoriety as the youngest chef to compete in the most prestigious culinary competition in the world, The Bocuse D'or – led Entrepreneurial Chef Magazine to calling him a culinary legend.

 

After overseeing a total of 18 kitchens as Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at The Greenbrier resort, starring on Recipe Rehab and opening his restaurant, Roots 675, in Virginia, the partnership between Rosendale and Southern Exchange Ballrooms is highly anticipated.

 

Drew Tull, President and Owner at Southern Exchange Ballrooms, says: “We knew that if we started on an in-house food and beverage venture, the quality had to be equivalent to that of the venue. Once we started discussing the partnership with Rich, it was a no-brainer - we immediately knew that Rosendale Events would cultivate a culinary experience as rich as our building's history.”

 

Once the iconic Macy's department store on Peachtree, Southern Exchange houses over 110,000 square feet of event space among 6 unique venue spaces; implementing Rosendale Events enabling the award-winning historical building to provide world-class culinary services to a wide-range of events, including weddings and large corporate events - and over 4,800 guests between all 6 spaces.

 

Although eager to institute the Rosendale Events Division, Tull adds: “From now until the launch of Rosendale Events at Southern Exchange, we are focused entirely on preparation. Rosendale and his team have been here to reconstruct the kitchen to their liking and start developing menu items – no detail is too small to perfect.”
